For 18 years Red Marble Beef Co. has produced locally raised, fed and finished beef, fit for the consumer's most demanding expectations. The family farming roots go back over 100 years, but the beef line began in 2006 when Herman Stroud produced his first wagyu calves. The base genetics we use today come from those same lines.
